Are you looking to build a deck, paint your house, install a fence, or tackle some other kind of exterior house or property project? Then you'll need to submit your modification request to the ACC.
What is the ACC?
Also commonly known as the Architectural Control Committee, this important committee is made up of volunteer community members that are responsible for reviewing proposed exterior home changes to ensure they follow the architectural guidelines that are set in the associations governing documents. The ILE POA has a clear outline of the architectural guidelines in our governing documents. These guidelines typically include specific material requirements, height restrictions, setback guidelines, and more.
If you're seeking to make a change to the exterior of your home, you'll need to fill out an application and provide all plans (and permits if necessary) to the committee for review prior to beginning any work. This process keeps a consistent appearance throughout ILE and helps maintain property values.
You can submit your Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request in two ways:
- Homeowner Portal (Recommended) - The fastest and most efficient way to submit your ACC application is through the Homeowner Portal. This ensures your request is received immediately and routed correctly for review.
- Email Submission - If you prefer, you may also email your completed ACC application to:
CommunityManagement@inframark.com
To avoid delays with processing applications, please make sure to submit your application at least two (2) weeks prior to the meeting date. Applications can be sent to CommunityManagement@inframark.com.
**IMPORTANT: The ACC review of applications is the 3rd Tuesday of each month - applications must be submitted the Thursday before the review committee meets in order to be discussed at the meeting.**
