Indigo Lake Estates

Indigo Lake Estates is a deed-restricted community of custom homes on acreage home sites. We are located approximately 3 miles outside of Magnolia, Texas; just a short drive northwest of Houston.

Our amenities include Indigo Lake which is a private lake used year round for fishing, boating and water sports. It has a large beach area and park with picnic tables, a parking area a covered patio, and another park has a large dock for fishing. Our lake has a key card accessed boat ramp with parking for trailers. We have soccer, softball and baseball fields and a covered basketball court. We have several other parks with playground equipment for children. We have miles of nature/ riding trails as well as an arena area for equestrian events.
