Parks
Our parks are for the enjoyment of Indigo Lake Estates residents and their accompanied guests. Please help keep these areas safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. Residents are responsible for their guests while using community amenities. 

 

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. 
• No motorized vehicles on grass, beach, or park areas. 
• No glass containers. 
• Dispose of trash properly and help keep our parks clean. 
• Respect community property and fellow residents. 

 
Lake
Indigo Lake is available for the enjoyment of residents and their accompanied guests. All boats, personal watercraft (jet skis), and trailers must display a current ILE registration sticker/tag and comply with POA registration and insurance requirements, regardless of whether they are launched from the Community Boat Ramp or a private boat ramp.

 

• Travel in a counter-clockwise direction around the lake.
• Follow all posted No Wake signs and designated no-wake areas.
• Be courteous to other boaters, jet skis, anglers, kayakers, and swimmers.
• Keep music and noise at reasonable levels.
• Maintain safe distances from other watercraft and docks.
• Water shoes are recommended when swimming or wading.
• Fishing is not permitted in designated swimming areas. 
• Help keep the lake clean and enjoyable for everyone.

 

Guest Use
Residents must remain present with their guests while using the lake and other community amenities.
